We are a  husband and wife team who have successfully negotiated and SOLD over 500 properties. We are also in the top 2% of Realtors® in the Bluegrass Area including Lexington, Richmond, Nicholasville, Georgetown, Midway, Versailles, Lawrenceburg, Harrodsburg and even Louisville.  We both started in larger Real Estate Offices and then built our business based on great customer service.  Our clients encouraged us to start our own Real Estate company so one day we decided to give it a shot. Four Seasons Realty is a FULL Service Real Estate Brokerage that offers custom solutions that larger companies are unwilling or unable to provide.
